The HMI control panels
The apem-sas range of control panels caters to all controlled area requirements, including door opening and interlocking, airlock or laboratory decontamination, timer countdown, locker room occupancy, and fault signaling.
The panels communicate in real-time regarding the cleanroom environment or various states of the process (e.g., time before a door closes).
Designed for the demanding environments of cleanrooms, they are very user-friendly:
- LED technology or digital display
- With or without contact
- Can incorporate Manual Emergency Devices
- With key control device
- Certified for ATEX environments
- Compatible with cleaning and decontamination products
Interchangeable and pre-wired on connectors, they facilitate maintenance operations.
The apem-key supervision
apem-key is a supervision software package for your installations that allows for easy and user-friendly configuration, parameterization, and maintenance:
- With secure access complying with US 21 CFR Part 11 and CE GAMP 5 standards
- Enabling rule management configuration and installation diagnostics
- Monitoring the performance of your cleanrooms
- Ensuring data integrity and security
- Allowing remote control for better support
- Recording all events and enabling their review (audit trail)
The automation and architecture control units
apem-sas is a solution designed to be upgradeable, organized around two types of management control units:
Primo control unit: simple and economical
- One control unit controlling the interlocking of small applications composed of a few airlocks,
- Interlocking plates,
- A prewiring cable kit comprising all the elements required to prefit and prewire the doors in the factory.
- Option: the Pocket terminal as a maintenance and parameterization tool.
- The Primo solution is used to implement additional functions at a later stage or an upgrade to the Select system.
The Select unit, a multifunctional unit that combines all the essential functions for cleanrooms
- Designed to handle all functions, even complex ones.
- Interconnectable via a communication BUS to manage larger laboratories.
- Open to other systems (HVAC, EMS, Process…) allowing interoperability and data sharing.
Easy to install and maintain thanks to their simple connections, they provide all the required power to the control panels as well as to the operation of strikes, electromagnets, locks, bolts, etc.
Pre-wiring and accessories
Pre-wiring
Easy connection is one of the strong points of the apem-sas system.
The pre-wiring kit includes all the elements needed to equip and connect doors at the manufacturer’s factory. It significantly saves time during installation or maintenance operations.
This kit offers the possibility to:
- Conduct exhaustive tests in the FAT platform
- Reduce on-site installation times
- Avoid wiring errors
- Reduce testing costs
Accessories
Numerous accessories complement the apem-sas solution to easily integrate with other components, simplify the construction phase, reduce installation errors, expedite commissioning, and facilitate maintenance.
The range of accessories includes:
- Interface units compatible with various types of doors or access control systems
- Pneumatic units for controlling doors with inflatable seals
